On Maple Creek

during a year of momentous events and big projects, i was able to shut down this afternoon and find the peaceful place where the world is put on hold, even if only for a day.

chulo the bird dog joined me for a boat ride through the maple creek arm of warm, sunny and breezy siltcoos lake.
