Today is the 50th Anniversary of Martin Luther King's 'I have a dream' speech. And somehow N got invited to the US Embassy this morning for breakfast and a listen to the Radio 4 programme that commemorated the anniversary! Neither of us would have predicted that a few days ago... I took this picture at Glasgow Central Station when meeting him off the train home. I have walked past this mural thousands of times, but never really appreciated it till today. It caught my eye because I'd just been reading about George Wyllie's straw locomotive this morning. It was good to stop and have a good look at the detail and colour in this.

Aside from this, more learning about the Commonwealth (Games), a drink with my lovely brother and tea with parents (my own, that is).
