A common carder bee on a centura montana, a perennial cornflower, mountain cornflower, bachelor's button, montane knapweed or mountain bluet & loved by the bees! They have at least three flowering times, sometimes more depending on the weather. The best cultivated flower to plant for insects, they'll love you for it. The bees are now dying out, they've worked hard, it's time they fell asleep. Yet some will hibernate with their Queen, then will awaken again all fresh for next Spring. So cherish them while you still see them, spend time with them & watch & hear them buzz from flower to flower as it's a sound you won't be hearing now for some months ahead.

Epic rainfall today, buckets, waterfall, cats & dogs, constantly for hours until the roads were flooding! I was at the gym powering on the cross trainer while watching it fall with such violence from the sky. Least it made me stay at the gym longer, although I could stay for hours these days! But I have so much to do! Saw friends today down the road, had a piece of her delicious homemade cake - I can with this new regime of mine, because any solid food tastes utterly delectable & I savour it now, taste & chew slowly, as before I used to wolf it now, now I take time to enjoy it & it tastes so good & I feel satisfied after just one portion - this juicing is THE BEST REGIME EVER! xxx (Love it)
