125 Years

There has been a lot of interest in the media today surrounding the 125th anniversary of the first camera to be made available to the public. The Kodak No.1 camera was released by the Eastman Kodak company in 1888, effectively inventing the amateur photographer also. By chance (without even knowing about this) I purchased a vintage Kodak No.1 camera from an Antique shop earlier today - although this one is the No.1 Pocket which is rather more compact than it's elder sibling. The camera dates back to between 1926-1931 and I would love to know just what this lovely piece of history has captured in it's time. Here she is...:)
