I need this Monday like a hole in the head

It has been a long weekend.
Finn got his 756-in-one immunisation shot on Friday, and has let us know that it has been working ever since.
He has been producing antibodies on the hour (nighttime only. 10pm to 7.00am) with much vocal accompaniment.

It is a miserable Monday morning.

I poked my long nose through the hole and took a deep breath: wet dog. Monday 24 August definitely smells like a wet old dog.

On the other hand, the Monday blues here is not quite as extreme (or colourful) as in Don Mimi's Pizza where the topping du jour was Napolitan insults and knife throwing. I got my delicious cheese wrap fresh out of the oven just before the cops arrived (I got a 1 euro discount for the slight "inconvenience")

PS: the insults (or knives) were not thrown at me but between owner and chef. One cannot beat the Italians for drama!
