Warm but windy

The weather that is!

It was still boiling and so stuffy this morning, but not much sign of mrs sunshine first thing. Got to the beach and the sea too rough to do my usual swim.

So relaxed and read. I'd gotten a grip on myself and managed to read the last 10 pages of the book when I woke up...I thought all books had happy endings!

Lunch at s'oil and we had expectations of sunshine for the afternoon, but it wasn't to be. Cloud and very windy. By 3.30pm we were the only ones left one the sunbeds so we made our way back to the hotel, bizarrely though it was still hot.

Dinner and then Abba Mania, the Freida half also doubles as Sheryl Crowe and tomorrow she is Shania Twain! Knew it was her with her cowboy boots.

Whisky on the balcony and then a series of powercuts stopped everything. Abba Mia were no more, but we could hear Elvis over the road doing an acoustic My Way!
