Scathophaga stercoraria, Common Yellow Dung Fly

Collected my new winter tyres, they have gone up £12.50 each since I ordered them. They will probably come down again in summer.
Tried my extension tubes on the dung fly and many other things around the garden.
Still no sign or word from the roofer.
