It was sad to leave so soon. I really enjoyed getting up and being surrounded by the sea. I wasnt so sad to leave The Blue Room though! Do people have no imagination? A day sight seeing,and then the drive home.
Long tail backs on the motorway,so we hopped off at The New Forest,and were treated to tranquil surroundings,wild horses and pigs!
Much to Petes delight we also had a pit stop in the pub. Where we were finally able to have our lunch(around 5.30)at this point. The picnic we'd brought in the morning,after a hot day in a hot car now consisted of 2 different types of very soft hard cheese,congealed houmous and soggy olives! P didnt mind though,he had a glass of red to accompany...
