Costume time at the train station
Arriving at the Aurora GO train station early this morning I was greeted by some lovely ladies in maid's costume. No, they were not promoting the upcoming season of Downton Abbey; rather, they were handing out Hallowe'en candies to commuters and telling them about the upcoming annual Hillary House Ball - a fundraiser for the National Historic Site in our town. Featured here is Alison - a colleague of mine at the University and former Aurora town councilor.
