Or in our case, fish from Fraserburgh. Kate and Ian are coming for a meal tonight and this morning I got eight pieces of fresh sole just in from market. I've just made my own tartar sauce for the first time - and it's OK. Unfortunately I'll probably polish off the rest of the jar of gherkins as I can't resist them. For pudding I've cooked bread and butter pudding with brioche and sultanas soaked in Grand Marnier - thanks Nigella!
