The Gatehouse

Another wet day as you can see. Didn't go far today as we are leaving early in the morning for a weekend in Bristol. This is a former gatehouse to Ewenny Priory which is an impressive Norman Monastic Church ( will blip at a later date ) It is now a private dwelling. I wouldn't like to live there with those tiny windows.
Took my granddaughter down for the interview and i am thrilled she has the job. She will start at the beginning of November. She informs me she will be buying us all a Christmas present and paying with her own money. Time will tell.
