Birthday Celebration

We took Mum to Bridlington Old Town today so we could lunch in a favourite cafe and then walk by the sea. The lunch was as good as we expected but the weather wasn't kind. We managed to walk down to South Landing at Flamborough in relatively dry conditions but by the time we arrived at Flamborough lighthouse it was pouring down again - at least they were short sharp showers!

The light driving home was fantastic - just what a photographer would order - nothing like the grey gloom we'd experienced on the coast.
