first light

I had planned a bit of a lie-in this morning as I felt so tired yesterday from the detox. But I woke to a pink sunrise and clear skies and jumped up full of energy.

It went onto be a beautiful bright warm day. I worked in the polytunnel for most of it, and we sat outside for lunch and were glad we hadn't put all the garden furniture away yet.
