Sun Rise

I'm trying to get a little fitter so I've been out on my bike in the mornings recently.
At around 6.30am today I watched the sun rise over the hills near our house.

It was very quiet with only the sound of a cockerel crowing on a near by farm and a fox screeching somewhere.

However I'm rather sleepy now! Early night for me I think.
