I sometimes have cause to wonder what my predecessors and their superiors were up to. There are certain things I've never had any need to purchase in the last 24 years. That being because there were vastly more of them than we needed for that time... or for several more decades.

Work began this year on building a new campus building. We should have moved in within two years time. One major luxury we currently have, will be noticeably lacking in the new building. Space. An awful lot of the stuff accumulated here over the last fifty years has to go. As (a part) of one example, most of this lot is now on its way to being recycled.
