Worldwide kitchen

I just read on wikipedia that 170 languages are spoken in New York City! It's so great that NYC is such a melting pot (a feature that according do Russell Shorto's book finds its roots in the first Dutch settlement) of so many different cultures. And the good thing is: you get to taste those cultures as well! Today we went for the Polish kitchen, so blippers mkr & dr this one's for you. It was delicious!
