There's something above Groningen

Groningen has a PR campaign called There's nothing above Groningen (Dutch: Er gaat niets boven Groningen), which means something like there's nothing better than Groningen.

IMO it's a little joke as well if you'll lookup the province Groningen on the map. Yes, there's really nothing but some water above it.

However, today there's something above Groningen: a balloon with Er gaat niet boven Groningen on it. It flew exactly over our house, so I made my blip wihtin a minute when I walked outside the door to find a blip.
