I'm eating real food again and I've set myself the challenge of cooking a new recipe once a week. This one was a bit odd as it was an American recipe I found on Pinterest. It's a Palaeodiet recipe which means that everything in it would have been available in the palaeolithic! So no refined sugars or processed ingredients. The other odd thing was that I had to improvise - it called for two sauces that I can't get - but not too worry, Henderson's relish came to the rescue! You have to like brussel sprouts, but thankfully I do.
