Copout
A photo of a photo.
What a copout!
Today was the international review of the naval fleet, an event that took a lot of people by surprise, myself included.
I do love a spectacular, and Sydney does them so well.
The weather was perfect, the water was like glass and the bridge and the opera house were the backdrops for a potted history of the Royal Australian Navy.
Unfortunately, I couldn't be there, but watched it on the telly. Maybe not unfortunate, as the harbour foreshores were lined with over a million people.
I rely on Jenny and Joshua to give us the definitive photo, but as Jenny's in Iceland, it's down to you Joshua, if you were able to find enough space for a tripod:)
Some of us colonials are all afluster because Prince Harry's here, especially the young gels.
Quite a day in downtown Sydney.
