Trying...

to get fitter and lose a few inches off my middle (hopefully)! I'd like to say that is a picture of me (ha ha), but I can wish can't I? Managed a few rotations of hula hooping but hopefully will improve. I used to be really good at it as a child. Let's hope the hoop doesn't end up in the garage along with the exercise bike and abdo trainer!!!
