Day 5 DDW's October challenge: Irritating

This is actually irritating on two counts - the manhole cover had water coming up around it, so I reported it to the local water company. Irritating that it's occurred at the weekend, as it may belong to the council, and so may be their responsibility, but, of course, their switchboard isn't manned at the weekends. Also irritating that it's now stopped leaking, though that's also a good thing, but they might not do anything to fix it if it isn't a problem when they come to inspect it sometime in the next hour.

Handy, though, that this has happened today, so I could use it for this blip. I was struggling to find something irritating. ;-)
