Watching the billboard

A new electronic billboard has gone up on Leith Walk and cctv has been installed which appears to monitor it.

Perhaps to give advertisers evidence their slots were displayed, maybe to check it does not get vandalised, possibly just a mistake.

No doubt someone out there watching the cctv in a controlroom somewhere knows why.
