Florence

This morning I went to meet the delightful Florence, who will be one of my charges at my forthcoming house-sit next week. She is an Italian spinone, my first encounter with that breed.

Although Florence's owners had booked me way back at the end of last year, I'd never actually met them, so we were probably all slightly apprehensive - there's a great deal of trust involved in this house-sitting business - but we got on like the proverbial house on fire, and of course I fell for Florence immediately!

I was also introduced to Bramble, the rabbit, but the cat, Snoopy, was nowhere to be seen. I'm sure all three animals will prove to be convenient blip subjects during my stay.
