Hello weekend. Where on earth have you been? Oh, how I've missed you!

Still not feeling 100% so a night slobbing in front of the TV with my boys is in order I think, with a bit of Strictly and some X Factor for company.

Oh, and maybe the odd cold beer or glass of wine thrown in for good measure.... Purely for medicinal purposes of course...
