Rain all day and again I confused some dog owners ("Why in the world would someone go outside and up here in a weather like this if not for walking the dog? Where is her dog? She doesn't have one!?" Some say it with their mouth, others with their eyes. This was the eyes-kind-of-guy - he didn't even say "hello" - but his dog did.)
