Rest awhile...

This bench is placed just off a footpath and takes in a lovely view across the fields. Does look like no one has sat on it for quite some time, a sign of our times perhaps, that we are all now so busy we don't stop. My three things today... 1. My magazine arrive in the post 2. Listening to the sound of the sea washing out across the shingle and pebbles 3. Seeing a wheatear bird (bird spotter let me use his bird scope - very nice man)
