A day at home

As my weekend away fell through I decided to make the most of today. I cooked some more of the apples I had picked from the garden, used some of the applesauce to make cookies and froze the rest. Also made some mini Victoria sandwiches - son's favourite cake . Back been much better today, find it's better if I keep mobile.
