The end of another high pressure week...another pile of books brought home to mark.....another list of jobs ticked off...no doubt there'll be more on Monday....unless I'm heading to Barbados!

I forgot my rule from last Friday..............I went to the gym tired again tonight....but this time I battled through....bet I pay for it in the morning.
