Garden urn

We were in Kenilworth yesterday, to bring home the garden urn from my Dad's house. This is the top half of it (upside down), resting on the tarpaulin we needed to lift it. It's very heavy!

The urn has been in the family for a long time, and it was made (I believe) at Croft Quarry, where my grandfather worked as Quarry Manager in the 1920s. There is a photo of my Dad standing in front of it as a child.
