Before the storm

Well Tropical Storm Karen is due to land in a few hours and the for the last few evenings we've been having some stunning sunsets. So thought I'd capture one this evening.

This is probably the spot where the storm will land in fact, halfway between Mobile and Pensacola, although it's probably going to be difficult to pin point it as the storm is weakening at this very moment. They think that it'll probably land as a Tropical Depression in 2-3 hours.

But anyway, we went to the beach for today's Blip and found the end of a wedding. Choose this photograph this evening as it told a story.

What was odd when reviewing this photograph was that the wedding photographer was taking the couple against grey clouds, when to her right was this stunning sunset.

Anyway, had a choice of a good seaoats photograph against the sunset or a story photograph for the Blip.

Seaoats, although colours looking a bit washed out for some reason.
