Oohh Well:(

We bought this during the week, intending to roast and eat it today for lunch, so of course, we forgot to take it out of the freezer and whilst I can defrost it in the microwave, the decison has been taken that we'll now have a nice thick slice of gammon we bought, instead :) Problem solved!
