The Red Bus

A good day. Started off having breakfast with friends in Musselburgh to celebrate their son's third birthday. Back to Porty for the Portobello Book Festival for two very interesting talks.

On my way home I spotted this Routemaster at the end of our street. Two had been hired to transport guests for a memorial service - what a wonderful way to remember someone.

Finally caught up on blip (!) and then off out to celebrate another friend's birthday. It was an early night for me because I promised to do someone a favour early on Sunday morning. Note to self - in future, check what I'm doing the night before...
