Dinner

Sis invited uncle H, J, mom and I for dinner. We decided to go for a Thai theme. I did most of the cooking because sis had to go to work. I prepared in advance a chocolate cake and a Thai coconut milk type custard (it was vile!!!).

I went to the market with sis and mom to buy veggies and whatever else we were missing and once we got home we started cooking up a storm. I made some Vietnamese spring rolls and a sauce, then I made phad thai. My sis made a green curry and rice. It was a very lovely dinner (well except for the custard...).
