Great Scottish Run

The 9th event of my 2013 100k Charity Challenge took place today in Glasgow at the hugely popular Great Scottish Run 10k.

Thousands of runners pounded the streets of Glasgow City Centre on Sunday morning.

My official time was 46 minutes 17 seconds which was more than 10 minutes quicker than my first and previous Great Scottish Run 10k in 2010.

My next event is in two weeks time at Stirling University.
