Partners in Crime

George and Stan on fine form this afternoon, especially as they had to wear their school uniforms on a Sunday.

It is rare that our school photos are of an acceptable standard so I offered to take some hopefully slightly better ones. So much more relaxing taking photos in a friends garden, beer in hand than it was yesterday, lying on the floor of a shopping centre!

I was on call this weekend so an early start to cover the Grand Prix, an exciting race if a predictable winner. I suspect some questions being asked at Pirelli, who were also a customer at one point.

The day was then the usual Sunday stuff, I finished off a few more pictures from yesterday, you might like this one.. Hopefully Penhaligons will use a few.

Our other excitement today was the recapture of Blue the rabbit who escaped yesterday. I constructed a trap consisting of their run door and a bit of string, tied to another bit of string, with a bit of rope the end. Ha a quick tug (fnarr) and we had the little blighter.

I also managed to work out a couple of songs for rehearsal on tuesday, luckily they are both really simple, well the way I was playing them was pretty simple.

Builders back tomorrow to knock out the fireplace, I can't say I am looking forward to the mess but it will be good to have a woodburner in for next weekend.
