Cassie

We met our neighbours Jane and daughter Carmen with dog Cassie in the park, there was a big event today, people were running marathons for charity, we stopped to wave and cheera couple. We went on a long bike ride through the park to Hampton Court, along the tow path to Kingston and back through the park, it was a beautiful sunny warm day.

The boys (especially Guilliver) and I are watching Buffy in the run up to Halloween, really good!
