Emergence

I am missing my mountains with all this time spent on the lake, so I was delighted to see the summit of the Aiguille de Chardonnet (3824m) peeping out of the clouds at the end of the valley on the way home this afternoon. New snow is well down on the high Alps and glaciers after all the rain we had at our altitude recently.
