....The Wightlink Raiders

What a day.

8am: Out the house by and off to Mcdonalds for breakfast.
9:30 am: To the ice rink fro our ice skating lesson
1045 am: Leave ice rink, and go on nice Autumn walk collecting, stick, leaves and conkers along the way.
12:45 pm: Arrive at The sloop for lovely carvery dinner.
2Pm: Go to my mums collect her dog and go blackberry picking.
3:30 pm Go to my brothers, have a coffee and a chat and pick my niece up.
5:10 Pm arrive back at Planet Ice to watch the Wightlink Raiders win yet another match.
9:30 pm, Arrive home and sleep.

The above is a photo of the brilliant Wightlink Raiders, who play in the National ice hockey league south division 1. That means nothing to me, but I do know I love it, it's a great sport with a fantastic atmosphere.

As a teenager/young adult I used to go all the time to support the team 13 years or so later, I'm back with my kids watching the game with people I used to watch play. (does that make sense?)
The only difference being, is now I go home to bed after the match, rather than off to the Balcony for late night drinks
