My first ever loaf! I'm a bit scared of baking with yeast, I'm not sure why, but I'm sure the yeast 'senses' my fear! Today I decided to face the fear and, using some of my neighbour's starter, made a sourdough loaf. Success! It's delicious, I'm going to make some more. The fear is receding a little...
