Journey into the Unknown

With limited training over the past two months due to injury, I’ve made the decision to run tomorrow’s Cardiff Half Marathon. I so want to do this, and I’m determined to get to the finish but it is a journey into the unknown. So today was all about carb loading, pasta and chicken.

Neath lost again today :( Once we click though and cut out the silly mistakes we’re going to kick arse!

Wigan won the Grand Final tonight though after staging a second half comeback against Warrington, and became Double Winners after their earlier Challenge Cup win against Hull. Whohoo!
