A Window to the Night

I love working with SLP it reminds me of just how important it is to learn something new every day.

Today I've learned how to take a photo with someone else's phone. Not easy since the phone is ancient, set to the wrong date and looks like its on its last legs, but hey if I can do it so can you.

My picture today was chosen to prove we are learning all the time. When I was a child the word windows really only meant one thing: more than one frame in a wall with glass in it that lets light and air into a room and lets you see what is outside.

Now it means many more things like:

COMPUTING one of the different work areas on a computer screen

A PART of an envelope that you can see through in order to read the address printed on the letter

A PERIOD OF TIME when you can do something.

Who know's what you might find in the new windows of your computer, but I hope it expands your hopes and ambitions and leads to new things.
