canal walk

I'm glad it's not just me worrying about having to jump into the canal :D
We met a girl with her dad and he said he though he'll have to fish her out ;-) Then we looked for conkers together and he told me about the game British people have been playing for centuries. Emma told me about it recently too. Conkers on string, right?

Emilia has been attempting to play hide and seek with me before going to bed. She's done really well tonight, she counts to five (sometimes doesn't do it in order ;-) and goes on to look for me. I don't have much time to hide, so I usually end up behind one of the doors and she finds me. Then I say 'again?' but she doesn't want to. I think it scares her a bit.
