NEW GRASS!

We arrived back home this afternoon, from Portugal. It was warm and sunny when we got off the plane which was a pleasant surprise.

The day before we went on holiday we had planted grass seed on patches in the lawn, where the dogs had scrabbled. The weather whilst we were away must have been just right for the germination of the seed because it was all about three inches high.
