Turbulence

This was almost the only thing moving on the National Mall today--the whole of the city is shut down, including the roads along the Mall. I had too many choices for an ironic blip--endless majestic buildings with 'Closed' signs in front of them--but none worked out quite as well as this plane flying over the Potomac into Reagan National Airport.
