My first assignment

My first assignment for photography class was to take a low wide angle shot of a dog walking towards the camera without looking through the viewfinder.

Luckily, I have a dog, Millie, and a brother, Chris, who was willing to come out with me this afternoon and walk her. We walked along the riverbank near Blackrock Castle, which is a lovely spot.

Millie made friends with lots of dogs and we had nice chats with their friendly owners. She was not a very cooperative subject though, refusing to walk in a straight line or look in the direction of the camera. I took dozens of shots but, as it happens, this was one of the first.

I'll be interested to hear the feedback from my lecturer...
