Solar Decathlon

Today at the U.S. Department of Energy Decathlon in Irvine, CA, we saw the most interesting projects promoting sustainability, energy and space efficiency, recycling of materials, and low cost housing. This was the LISI house, a home designed by Austrian college students. I would definitely like to have a deck with this curtains that suggest a soft rustle of leaves. The whole house was inspired by a tree.
