Newhaven harbour, better large.

The harbour area is good for blipping, but it's clear why the regeneration attempts fail in Newhaven. Expensive flats have been built overlooking the harbour. Sounds OK, but they aren't selling. They have a view of the (very large) scrap heap on the opposite bank. Other prominent sights include the sewage treatment works and the incinerator.
