Here's looking at you Man
A trip to the south coast today took us over the hairpin bends in the Lefka Ori - the White Mountains. As twisty as anything in the Alps. Hazards included tourist buses on their way to pick up the hardy walkers returning from the Samaria Gorge (we decided not to repeat the experience this time!) and goats. The road ground to a halt as this herd strolled around. Some tourists stopped to feed them. Something they must be used to as they showed no timidness in coming right up to the car and, as in this one's case, eyeballing you. The rest of the day was enjoying traditional Greek beaches and harbours, a taverna lunch, a Venetian fortress and some spectacular views, many of which nearly made the blip.
