Serendipity

Mondays are when I'm always shortest of blip inspiration, as I leave the house at 6:30, travel for four hours then work a longer-than-usual day to make up for my late arrival. And as the evenings are drawing in, it's now already dark when I leave the office... so I have to make an effort to at least have a walk around the block while it's still light and try to find something to take a picture of...

So I wandered out to Richmond Green when I had a break this afternoon, and saw this interestingly-shaped bench with an inscription dedicating it to a lady and her dog who both loved the green. And just as I clicked the shutter, a lady and her dog walked past. Which made me smile.
