Day 260 - Bochastle

So, at the physio the other day, she suggested I get back out walking to see how my knee does. I did an easy 2 hour walk which starts with a half hour on the flat, a half hour on a steep climb (first part of Ben Ledi) and an hour's gentle descent back to the car. Long story short, my knee is still sore, but this view was worth it!

Dale was given a ticket for the Bruno Mars gig at the Hydro tonight so I was designated driver! Her first gig and she loved it! I remember that feeling of my first gig!! Aerosmith at the Livingston Forum - I was deaf in one ear for about 5 days!
